The “future of work.” We hear it referenced often, but why is it so important — even before the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic across the world?
As we redefine what this future will become on an ongoing basis collectively each day, it begins now as both a present and presence of multi-format education, reskilling and upskilling, well-being and mental health as a whole person beyond just the elements of the workplace, collaboration, and in-the-office, remote work and hybrid work environments … among so many additional facets to improve together. Game on—as this includes the headline-abundant “Great Resignation” and gig economy, whether that’s new innovative entrepreneurs or the field and service workers who help us every single day from the schools, warehouses, truck stops, supermarkets hospitals, military, first-responder, sanitation or other front-line points of service!
Take a look at some of the people highlighted in “Onalytica’s 2022 #FutureOfWork Who’s Who” report, as it includes some of the many around the globe looking to make an impact, as both professionals, community participants, family members and parts of society. I was thrilled to be included again.
What’s a priority for you as we aim to make the future of work better each day … starting now?
